Procedure
Depending on the area and business unit, we offer trainee and graduate programmes primarily in the economic and/or technical field. The programmes take between 16 and 24 months and offer participants the opportunity to get to know different areas and departments of The Linde Group and to participate in a variety of projects.
Usually the programme also includes a posting abroad.
During the trainee programme you can make valuable contacts and create the basis for an interesting network for your future career.
